Monthly sales = the order amounts of the customers you referred this month; your tier resets on the 1st. One commission per customer. Amounts after discounts; support renewals and licence upgrades are not included.

Frequently asked questions
How much do I earn?
A share of each new customer’s first order, after any discount (no taxes or fees are added). You start at 20%; when your referred sales this month reach the next tier your rate goes up (Starter 20%, Pro 30%, Elite 40%). Some products have their own rate, shown in your affiliate dashboard.
Do I earn again when the customer buys more?
No. The commission is paid one time per customer — on their first paid order. Later orders, support renewals, licence upgrades and extra purchases by the same customer do not earn a second commission.
How long does a referral last?
30 days from the click. If the visitor clicks another affiliate's link later, the latest link gets the referral. Customers who already bought from us before do not count as new customers.
When can I withdraw?
A commission stays pending for 15 days (our refund window). After that it is approved. When your approved balance reaches $50 you can request a payout by bKash, Nagad, Bank transfer or PayPal.
What if the customer asks for a refund?
If the order is refunded or cancelled, the commission is reversed. A partial refund lowers the commission in proportion.
Can I buy through my own link?
No. Purchases from your own account, e-mail address or devices do not earn a commission, and neither do staff or test orders.
Who can join?
Anyone with an Acnoo customer account and an audience that needs software — YouTubers, bloggers, Facebook group admins, agencies and freelancers. We review every application by hand, usually within 1–2 working days.
Program terms
- You earn a one-time commission for each new customer you refer: a percentage of their first paid order (after discounts, excluding taxes and fees).
- Later orders, renewals and extra purchases by the same customer do not earn a second commission.
- Referrals are tracked with a cookie for the number of days shown above; the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase gets the referral.
- Commissions stay pending during the refund window. Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn a commission.
- You cannot refer yourself, your own accounts or devices. Staff and test orders are excluded.
- Do not use spam, misleading ads, our brand name in paid search ads, or fake reviews. We may suspend accounts that break these rules and cancel unpaid commissions.
- Payouts are sent by bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or PayPal once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout.
